Body recovered from Lake Carolyn in Irving

IRVING, Texas - A body was recovered from Lake Carolyn in Las Colinas on Friday.

Irving Fire arrived in the area around 10:15 a.m. when a 911 caller spotted the body in the water.

The medical examiner's office is working to identify the person and their cause of death.

Irving Police say they are in the early stages of investigating what happened.
