Dallas Cowboys employees could start moving into the team’s new mega-headquarters in Frisco as soon as June.

Players and other football personnel will likely see the new facility for the first time when they return to Texas from training camp in California in late August.

Cowboys Vice President Charlotte Anderson took FOX4 on a tour of the headquarters site, which is located at the Tollway and Warren Parkway in Frisco.

The final product will be a $1 billion development with a hotel, sports medicine facility, restaurants and other retail.

The Cowboys offices and training facilities take up 80,000 square feet of a 500,000 sq. ft. building. The outdoor practice fields can be seen shaping up through the windows of Jerry Jones’ new office.

The headliner of the property is the Ford Center, the 12,000 sq. ft. indoor stadium which will be used by the Cowboys for practice and by Frisco ISD for football and more.

Anderson said it was the City of Frisco that proposed a partnership, with the city and school district contributing $115 million to the project. The Jones family’s Blue Star Development Corp. is reportedly spending the rest of the $255 million-plus needed to finish the project.
