Police searching for serial flasher in northwest Dallas

DALLAS - Dallas police are asking for help finding a serial flasher.

The man has been exposing himself around apartment complexes in northwest Dallas.

Specifically, he was seen in the 9400 block of Larga Drive, the 2700 block of Northhaven Road and the 3100 block of Valley Meadow Court.

All of the incidents happened in the early morning or afternoon hours.

The suspect is described as a Latin male believed to be in his mid-30s with short black hair that is balding in the middle.

He was last seen wearing painter’s pants and a painting company’s shirt.

Anyone who spots him is asked to call 911 or Detective B. Kramer at 214-671-3613.
