Frisco teen arrested for school terroristic threat

A 14-year-old student in the Frisco Independent School District is facing charges for threats he allegedly made against his school.

The teen was arrested at Cobb Middle School on Wednesday afternoon.

Police said the first threat came in after 1 a.m. and more followed later in the day. Investigators traced them to the boy.

The threats were “not credible,” police said.

The student was charged with terroristic threat, which is a third-degree felony. If convicted, he could be sentenced to two to 10 years in jail.
