Fort Worth firefighter wanted for Denton Square vandalism

An arrest warrant has been issued for a Fort Worth firefighter after police say vandalized several American flags at the Denton County Courthouse on the square.

Police issued a warrant for Michael James Wagemann on Friday on charges of criminal mischief. The Denton County Sheriff’s Office says he agreed to turn himself in but did not show up at the agreed upon time.

Police say Wagemann is the person seen on video vandalizing several American flags on Sept. 9 at the Denton Square.
