A 55-year-old beating victim has died two months after he was attacked in a Walmart parking lot.

Now, his wife is pleading for help to find the killers.

Fort Worth police released surveillance photos that detectives say show the suspects’ car, a black hatchback.

Police say on June 12, the suspects followed Marty Britton into the Walmart parking lot at Eastchase and I-30 in east Fort Worth.

Two men got out of the car and attacked Britton.

Police say they don't know what started the fight.

Britton was in the hospital for two months. He had five surgeries and died on Wednesday.

Britton and his wife, Rhonda, had only been married for a year and a half.

“And that's the last thing I said to him yesterday before he died: “I promise you I will get these people one way or another,’” said Rhonda.

Police say they're still looking for suspects.
