Fire: Woman, toddler drown in Fort Worth floodwaters

FORT WORTH - A woman and toddler drowned Saturday morning when their vehicle went off the access road into a flooded culvert. officials said.

The Fort Worth Fire Department confirmed the deaths of the woman and toddler late Saturday morning.

Officials said the vehicle was swept into a culvert near Loop 820 South and Wilbarger Street.
