Dallas officer arrested for aggravated assault
DALLAS - A Dallas police officer was arrested in the southeastern Tarrant County city of Mansfield.
Sr. Cpl. Jeremy Courson is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Police have not released many details about the case. They have only said the victim was a family member.
Officer Courson has been with the Dallas Police Department for almost 10 years.
