Tens-of-thousands of people converged on AT&T Stadium for Harvest America.

It’s one of the largest Evangelistic events in the country. The event brings people from all over the country for a one-night satellite broadcast out of Arlington.

The crowd was expected to at least match the 90,000 people who attended Harvest America in 2016, when the event set a record for a one-day Evangelistic gathering.

The event started in 1990 with Pastor Greg Laurie from Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside, California. The pastor delivered a message later in evening, but in earlier statements he's said the country continues to be bitterly divided. He says a spiritual revival is the solution.

"What's expected in life, treat your brother right, loving your neighbor, doing unto others as you would have them do unto you,” he said.

Viewers at the simulcast locations were expected to triple the number of people that filled the stadium. Harvest America says it’s also working with hundreds of local churches for the event.
