Burglary suspect killed in far east Dallas
DALLAS - A burglary suspect was shot and killed in Dallas Friday morning.
Dallas police said it happened around 10:15 a.m. at a home in the 8900 block of Freeport Drive.
The suspect apparently entered the home with a shotgun. He was shot by a resident, police said.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner was called to the scene. Police are still investigating.
No identities have been released yet.
