1 dead, 1 injured in shooting over parking space in Dallas

The man accused of a double shooting in Dallas that killed a 28-year-old man has turned himself into police.

Police say an arrest warrant was issued for 56-year-old Michael Hudson following the double shooting Friday evening.

The shooting happened just before 7:15 p.m., in 4700 block of Stokes St., according to police.

Responding officers found 28-year-old Thomas Rodriguez and 22-year-old Reginald Johnson both suffering from gunshot wounds.

Johnson and Rodriguez were taken to a local hospital, but Rodriguez later died from his injuries.

Investigators say there was an argument over a parking space just before the gunfire.

Detectives were able to identify Hudson as the shooter, and an arrest warrant foir first-degree murder was issued for Hudson.

Hudson then turned himself into police on Saturday.
