Sofia Vergara is suing a beauty company. She says they used her Instagram picture to promote a treatment and products.

She got Venus’ Legacy treatment, a skin tightening massage, in August 2014. She posted a picture of herself on Instagram. But Sofia said Venus never paid her. Her going rate for beauty endorsements is $15 million.

She’s now suing for at least $15 million and wants the company to pull the picture.

TMZ Sports is all over the arrest of former NFL star and Texas Longhorns quarterback Vince Young.

Officers saw Young drifting across lanes while doing 40 to 60 mph. The 32-year-old was booked and quickly posted bond.

Another troubled Texas athlete is Johnny Manziel. Apparently he’s back on the market.

He was spotted in Dallas this weekend without Colleen and they deleted pictures of each other off their Instagram accounts.

Johnny and Colleen Crowley started dating before the 2014 draft. They stayed together through all the drama.
