Velvet Elvis Taco

We are celebrating what would have been the King of Rock 'n Roll's 81st birthday with a taco named after him. Chef John Franke from Velvet Taco makes Elvis would love.

Warm flour tortilla lined with peanut butter sweetened with Texas honey, then layered with fried banana, Nutella, peppered bacon, blackberry jam, chopped peanuts and chiffonade mint.
