Mini Apple Pecan Crumble Pie

Chef Erron Depew from Society Bakery shares the recipe for apple pecan crumble pie. This one makes a mini 3-inch pie.

Ingredients
Granny Smith apples
1, 3" pie crust

Filling
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp + 1 - ¼ tsp cup whipping cream
2 tbsp + 1 tsp flour

Topping
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tsp flour
¼ tsp cinnamon
2 tsp butter
2 tbsp + 2 tsp pecan pieces

For the Filling: Mix flour and brown sugar, then add the whipping cream. Mix thoroughly.

For the Topping: Mix the ingredients together and set aside. Peel and core apples and place the apples mounded in the pie shell (par baked). Pour 2/3 cup of the apple filling over the apples. Mix topping and press over pie covering all the apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes or until the apples are soft and the topping is crispy.
