Texas Legislature to tackle school finance, tax reform and more

DALLAS - The Texas Legislature returns to work next week. Property taxes and school finance reform are the biggest issues on the agenda. Texas Tribune reporter Alana Rocha talked to Good Day about the problems. Lawmakers have failed over and over again to come up with a good solution.
