Would you believe still more storms?

Stormy...to Steamy! A cluster of storms ahead of a cold front will push through early this AM (heavy rain, lightning).

That will leave an outflow boundary across the area later today which could ignite new storms (30%) but mainly from DFW south as the complex this AM should stabilize the north. Highs in the mid 90s with high humidity again (Heat Index 103+).

The front will stall across the are tonight then lift north Friday. That may again trigger a few storms (esp DFW north) but also keep us hot and muggy! Heat Index near 105 tomorrow.

Flow from the NW will produce one more cluster of storms Fri. night in Oklahoma that may invade areas from DFW NE Saturday AM. Once those die off, we heat into the upper 90s with Heat Advisories likely this weekend.
Sunday should find us partly sunny, upper 90s to near 100 with a Heat Index near 107-108.

Monday (and the next days) look fairly quiet. Just some PM clouds and typical heat. Temps may drop a hair Monday before heading back up after that...just shy of 100.
