Week Ending Changes...

Skies turn less BLUE going into the weekend...and then the REAL April starts to kick in!
The high clouds we started to see yesterday will be a bit thicker today, but still thin enough to let sun shine through. throw in the cooler air behind yesterday's weak front and we'll see highs close to normal in the mid 70s.
Clouds thicken up tonight and should be mostly cloudy tomorrow. A disturbance from west Texas will produce showers that will dry up on the way into NTX BUT some will survive the trip. Best chances are from FTW west and north. Coverage should be fairly low. Highs again in 70s, with increasing breezes PM.
Sunday still looks windy and warmer as the Gulf opens up. Low clouds AM should break up a bit and it looks like we can take the low shower coverage out of the forecast as we head toward 80.
Late Sunday night into Mon. AM, low pressure will approach with showers and a few storms. As that activity moves on, we may see a few severe storms PM-eve along the dry line/cold front as it heads in. Best chances are from I-35E and east at this point. Warm highs in the 80s.
We cool off Tuesday with a fair amount of clouds ahead of another chance for showers Tue. night into Wed. AM. That looks to be a cool day in the 60s before a nice rebound by late week.
