Groundhog had a lucky guess this year! LOL. All Spring in this forecast!
High clouds and a southwest breeze will allow temps to hit the low 70s again even with a cold front passing by noon. It will be a bit cooler north, warmer south.
After a cool night, we'll warm up with winds returning to the SE tomorrow back into the low to a few mid 70s.
It then turns VERY WINDY Thursday. 30mph and higher PM which will not only push us to 80 degrees, but also increase the FIRE RISK.
It may be even warmer Friday (low 80s) but with a few more clouds and extra Gulf moisture.that will last into the weekened. At this point, a front will stall on the Red River, so we remain warm (70s) until that moves through Sunday PM-night. That's the next chance for rainfall, in the form of a few few showers/storms.
