Trying to squeeze out showers!

Interesting next few days with rain for SOME, and cooler temps filtering in for all. It may be brief though!

We start this morning with most of the showers drying up. Just clouds. Still humid. areas east of Dallas may heat up near 90 again today (80s metro) and highs only near 80 west. With the cold front moving slowly, and some heating...we will see showers and a few storms billow up PM hours (30-40%) with highest coverage west again.

Showers will again diminish overnight and cooler north winds will pick up. Thursday looks mainly cloudy with lower temps (low 80s) and again some passing showers (30%) .

By Friday, the last "impulse" of energy will drift through. Best rain chances 30% will be from DFW west, while eastern areas look dry. Highs will be closer to 80 that day. The atmosphere should dry out by the evening hours.

This weekend slowly warms back up. Mid 80s Saturday...mid to upper 80s Sunday with partly sunny skies.
By next week we have indications of a large RIDGE of HIGH PRESSURE building back over Texas. If that happens, we will will DRY weather again and temps 90 or above most of next week.
