One unsettled day...then a quieter week ahead (until the weekend!)
Two parts today. This AM will feature showers (a few storms) as high moisture combined with a weak disturbance moves through. Coverage roughly 30-35%.
By midday, a dry line head towards the MPLEX so we'll start to see sun (esp west) with any showers east by then. Afternoon heats up into the 80s, but east of I-35E (Dallas) storms may pop. Some severe (wind, hail, tornado) with highest coverage far east.
A cold front moves in this evening...with a few storms north followed by gusty north winds and cooler temps in the 50s.
Mostly cloudy skies are expected Tuesday. Showers should hold off until evening...with better chances from the MPLEX south into Wed. AM. Lots of clouds again expected Wednesday to keep temps down in the upper 60s.
Thu-Fri dry out. Should be a nice, mild end to the week with highs in the 70s.
The next storm to move in will occur this weekend. Gusty winds and clouds invade Saturday...with storms possible later in the day west...which will increase in coverage into Sunday. This system will stall out nearby, and it may become more critical if it lingers into Monday.
