Warm today, Humid tomorrow (with clouds and spotty showers) followed by a window for storms Friday evening (5-10pm). After that? It's a mild weekend but don't get used to it! Turning MUCH colder next week....

Report warns of ‘killer heat' in Texas if nothing is done about climate change
Scientists predict Texas will be the hardest hit state in the United States impacted by extreme heat if nothing is done to stop the increase in "heat-trapping emissions."
The report from the Union of Concerned Scientists -- titled "Killer Heat in the United States: Climate Choices and the Future of Dangerously Hot Days" – predicts a large increase in the number of extreme heat days reported in the U.S. in the coming decades.
Though, the report found that "that with rapid action to reduce emissions, many places can avoid prolonged, dangerous heat."Read the full article
Heat Advisory Continues...
The July heat is ON! Heat index values will likely be in the triple digits as we close out the work week and head into the weekend. However, the breezy, south winds will help provide a little bit of relief. So our Heat Advisory will be allowed to expire by the end of the day. Good news is on the horizon!
