Rain chances are tapering off this morning from the west to the east, leaving us a dry NYE forecast. Sunshine and mild conditions are expected this afternoon out ahead of a strong cold front. The front will arrive this evening, bringing gusty north winds and much cooler temperatures to start off 2019. A wintry mix still looks likely for parts of north Texas on Wednesday...mainly west of DFW.
Strong Storms Return!
Gusty south winds continue to pump moisture into North Texas tonight. Overnight, a squall line approaches from the west, increasing the threat for strong to severe storms.
