Fewer weekend storms... but still some!

Rain-free holiday weekend? Don't bet on it.

Widespread storms early this morning (heavy rain, wind) will exit and allow a little sun by midday. That could trigger more late day or evening storms, which could also be severe... but with lower coverage.

By Saturday, clouds will give way to more sun and warm highs in upper 80s. There's just a very low chance for a late day shower/storm with similar conditions Sunday (maybe a few extra PM showers).

Sunday night into Monday morning a cluster of storms may approach from the NW and move through. If that happens, PM hours should be rain free, but cooler in the low 80s.

Starting Tuesday into at least mid-week, the pattern will again favor more unsettled weather with highest storm coverage Wednesday. All indications are that this pattern will finally quiet down by next weekend!
