Could It Be The Last Cold Front?

The "Hope" for some rain to start the week...before we bake into July!

We start with a weak wind shift boundary across the area this AM which may ignite a stray storm or two PM as we heat rapidly into the mid to upper 90s.

A cold front heads in tonight-Tue AM with a better chance for a few gusty storms before clearing the area by afternoon. It looks like after AM showers, we'll see PM sun and low 90s with lower humidity.

The rest of the week looks hot and humid as high pressure builds over Texas HOWEVER a series of fronts will be in Oklahoma. That will leave storm chances to our north and some make make the Red River especially Friday. We'll have to watch in case the pattern shifts, because a slight shift would push them into NTX.

At this time, the holiday weekend looks to be quite roasty with readings not fro from the century mark!
