Chilly and quiet to start the workweek

Not quite as warm as your Sunday forecast, but temps today should get into the upper 40s and low 50s. We'll keep the prevalent sunshine today with light winds out of the north, eventually switching east by the evening.

Tonight, another chilly evening with temps dropping back down into the upper 20s and low 30s. Clouds will be on the increase for Tuesday morning and temps will only warm up into the mid 40s by the afternoon. Areas west have a chance of rain after sundown on Tuesday, but rain should remain light and low in coverage.

Rain coverage increases Wednesday morning, just in time for the AM rush, but rain should remain light. Rain coverage and intensity increases by Wednesday evening into overnight Thursday.

Temps remain in the 40s and 50s until a brief warmup by the very end of next week.
