Last day of warmth before a cold front brings back the chill

If you've been enjoying our WAY above normal temperatures, make sure you spend extra time outdoors this afternoon. Temps will be back up to near the 70° mark this afternoon with sunshine and light SW winds 8-12 mph. The winds will switch to the NW tonight after a cold front passes. While it won't bring moisture to the Metroplex, it could bring light rain (20-30%) for areas to our southeast.

Temperatures will be noticeably cooler on Wednesday with highs only in the low to mid 50s, which is where we'll stay for the rest of the week.

Next weekend looks dry with highs in the low to mid 60s.
