Zumwalt MS students return to new campus

DALLAS - About 350 students from Dallas ISD’s Zumwalt Middle School are starting the spring semester at a different campus Tuesday.

The district shut the campus down in December because of air quality and mold problems. The school will undergo extensive repairs to the heating and air conditioning system.

In the meantime, buses will pick students up in their neighborhoods and take them to A. Maceo Smith High School, which is about a mile away from their old campus.
