Dallas police are looking for a capital murder suspect after a woman was found dead in a burning Fiat.

Someone spotted the fire just before 8 a.m. Saturday in a wooded area in the 2200 block of Royal Lane.

Firefighters discovered 20-year-old Alexus Garcia's body in the back of the SUV after putting out the flames.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit, 26-year-old Manual Rocha Jr.'s ID was found inside the Fiat and there is surveillance video of him running away from the fire.

Investigators also found text messages on Garcia's phone letting someone know she had arrived safely at Rocha's home in Richardson earlier that morning.

A second piece of surveillance video shows her arriving in the Fiat and going into the house, but never leaving. Instead, the video shows Rocha loading something into the SUV and driving off.

Police believe Rocha killed Garcia and then used gasoline to torch the vehicle.

He is still at large and his family members told FOX 4 they haven't seen him since Saturday.

Anyone with information about him should call police or Crime Stoppers at 214-373-8477.
