A missing 12 year old Saginaw girl has been found safe and was reunited with  her family, according to Saginaw Police.

About 1 pm Sunday, police say Tabitha Tillery was found safe in Fort Worth. They say she denies any abduction scenario and claims that she stayed with acquaintances during the time of her absence.

Tillery was last seen Thursday afternoon leaving Wayside Middle School.

Volunteers joined together and started searching for her in Saginaw, going door to door,  passing out missing person fliers.

At the time, police said there was no indication that she was abducted, but detectives and her family members were concerned for her safety.
