Uber offers helicopter ride to College Football Playoff National Championship

Forget sitting in traffic on Interstate 30. Some fans will take a helicopter to Monday's College Football Playoff National Championship at AT&T Stadium.

Uber, the ride-sharing app, emailed its Dallas users on Monday morning and offered users the chance to take a chopper from Dallas Love Field to a helipad next to AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

The convenience won't be cheap, though. Uber said the cost is $350 per person. That includes an UberBLACK, what the service calls a towncar ride, to Love Field for the chopper ride and a ride home from the game.

Users would also get a sky tour of Dallas while en route to the game between Ohio State and Oregon.

While the service can get you to the game, it can't get you inside. Uber said the offer doesn't include game tickets.
