Two teens arrested for setting Woodrow Wilson HS fire

Two 15-year-olds have been charged with arson after setting a fire at Woodrow Wilson High School in late January.

Dallas Fire Rescue said the teens were arrested Tuesday during school. Officials said even though the teens are being charged with arson, there is no indication they planned to burn down the entire school.

The teens admitted to smoking and burning paper in a third floor bathroom.

The fire on Jan. 26 started in a third floor bathroom closet. Classes were canceled for the rest of the week so officials could clean up and repair damage. There was no estimated cost of the damage.
