Two people were arrested after a high-speed chase Saturday morning. It happened at about 2 a.m. when Mesquite police tried to pull over a white car and the driver didn’t stop. At one point the driver hit the fence. The chase ended along highway 1-75 before the East Malloy Bridge. Police said the car was stolen and used in a robbery, and a gun was tossed out the car window. Seagoville police, Dallas County Sheriff’s deputies and state troopers assisted in the pursuit.
