Suspects sought in Lewsville Wingstop robbery

Police are looking for two men who tried to rob a Lewisville Wingstop recently but got away empty-handed after the restaurant's manager fired his gun back at them.

Police say when the suspects walked into the Wingstop in the 2300 block of State Highway 121 on Jan. 10, one of the suspects pulled out a gun and started giving orders to the kitchen crew.

The manager walked outside and the suspects followed, firing a shot him.

The manager has a concealed handgun permit and fired several rounds back.

The suspects fled on foot, and no one was in injured.
