Stubborn Clouds in North Texas
The weather pattern across North Texas remains unsettled heading through next week. Today, expect mostly cloudy skies from DFW eastward, while areas south and west experience a tad more sunshine. High temperatures are relatively seasonable, in the low to mid 60s for most.
Temperatures warm heading into the work week ahead of the next disturbance. Highs climb into the 70s through Tuesday. By late Tuesday afternoon, showers and some storms move in from the Southwest. Widespread rain with isolated storms continue overnight into Wednesday.
North Texas does not get much of a break, as another disturbance heads this way to end the work week. Expect cooler temperatures and drier conditions by next weekend.
