Jimmy Joe Clarke, also known as Alicia, was taken into custody Tuesday morning.
Clarke and Denise Ross are charged with illegally practicing medicine.
Investigators said they would inject their clients with household products while running a business out of a Deep Ellum suite.
Some of their clients told us they experienced complications following the procedures.
Ross, commonly known as "Wewe" is out on bond.
An affidavit describes how the two ran their business, charging more than $500 per session, where they allegedly injected household products into clients to enhance their backsides.
A client told police she was injected by both Ross and Clarke, and during her procedure, she "felt intense pain and was told to be quiet after screaming in agony," and "was given two tubes of super glue to take home..." to prevent leaks.
The document also states how police showed the client a photo lineup containing one photo of Clarke and how "she was able to positively identify Jimmy Clarke as the person who injected her."
