Police find missing elderly man with medical conditions
Glen Heights police have found a missing elderly man.
Sammie James Dixon, 74, walked away from his home Sunday sometime between 7 and 11 a.m. He may have been trying to get to the Dallas area.
Police and family members were worried about him because he suffers from several medical conditions, including altered mental status.
Fortunately Dixon was located Monday morning.
Police did not elaborate on his condition or where he was found.
