Plano police searching for home break-in suspects caught on cam

Clear surveillance video caught two criminals breaking into a Plano home recently.

It happened just before 9 p.m. Friday at a home in the 4000 block of Wind Dance Circle.

Police say the men broke in through the back door and stole items from inside. 

The suspected getaway vehicle, a white Nissan Altima, was also caught on camera.

Plano police are looking into whether the men are connected to a group out of Colombia who target homeowners of Asian, Middle Eastern and Indian descent.
 
Police say they are targeted because they typically have high-quality gold.
