Officials said at least 45 homes were damage early Saturday morning in flash floods in Everman, just south of Fort Worth.
Everman police said the worst flooding occurred along Christie Avenue, east of Race Street.
Police said some people were trapped in their cars and others went to their rooftops to escape the flood water.
The Tarrant County Office of Emergency Management has been notified of the incident and will be assisting Everman Emergency Services in the assessment of the damage beginning later this morning.
No injuries had been reported in the flooding.
