Navigating the holidays with an eating disorder

This time of year can be challenging for people who struggle with eating disorders.  Dr. Stephanie Setliff, Medical Director at Eating Recovery Center of Dallas says people should choose a go-to person to help them if they need a break from food-related activities.  She also suggests people face the food issue by setting times to eat and portions.  Another big tip is taking the focus off the food and find a family-based activity.
