National Championship brings fans, $300M to North Texas

Fans of the top two college football teams in the country are here for Monday night's National Championship game.

Oregon and Ohio State play at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

The game brings 60,000 fans to North Texas.

"This is the first college football Super Bowl. So I think that's why there is so much excitement from not just North Texas, but all over the country people coming into Dallas – Fort Worth for the game," said Elon Werner, a fan.

The economic impact of the game is an estimated $300 million. That's about half of the impact of the Super Bowl four years ago.
