Moving truck overturns in Kaufman County
KAUFMAN COUNTY, Texas - One person was killed when a moving truck crashed in Kaufman County.
The accident happened Friday morning along Highway 34. The driver of the 18-wheeler swerved to miss a cow, ended up hitting the cow, rolled and hit a tree.
There were four people in the truck. One person was killed and the three others were taken to the hospital. Their conditions have not yet been released.
Crews had to move all the boxes and furniture off the truck and onto a trailer so that the scene could be cleared.
