The identity of a college student killed by a wrong-way driver in Rowlett over the weekend has been released and so has tollway camera video of the wrong-way driver and the crash.

The motorcycle rider killed by the wrong-way driver is 21-year-old Cristian Cecilio from Mesquite.

Cecilio was a student at the University of Texas at Arlington while he pursued a degree in mechanical engineering. He worked at a State Farm insurance call center. His family said he was on the way home when from work when he was killed.

The North Texas Tollway Authority released video on Wednesday of the wrong-way driver's path on Sunday night on the President George Bush Turnpike in Rowlett. It shows the driver of a Chevy Tahoe driving the wrong way and on-coming traffic getting out of the way.

The tollway cameras show the fireball from the impact and explosion but didn’t show the actual collision between the SUV and motorcycle. The wrong-way Tahoe driver was also killed.

Police pulled a passenger out of the burning Tahoe alive. There's no word on why the Tahoe was on the wrong side of the freeway. That driver's name has not been released.

A funeral service will be held for Cristian on Oct. 17 at the Williams Funeral Home in Garland.
