According to police, the first kidnapping and aggravated robbery happened early last Tuesday morning. A woman was in her car on Loop 820 and exited on Campus Drive.
She noticed a dark sedan following her and it pulled up alongside her at the intersection of Campus and Seminary drives, police said.
Police said a man got out of the dark sedan. He pointed a shotgun at the woman and forced his way into her car.
The suspect then ordered the woman to follow the dark sedan. He let her go after robbing her, police said.
"Two guys jumped out the car, one holding a shotgun, bandanas on the face and he came up to the window and said if I didn't open the door he would shoot," said the victim. "I didn't know what to do. I just froze up, so when I opened the door they pulled me to the passenger side and the other guy came into my car and drove to the Goodwill."
A similar incident happened early Friday on Loop 820 at Hartman Drive. Two women in a car were approached at an intersection by men who were armed.
This time, they shot one of the women in the foot.
"We're still investigating whether or not they intended to shoot her or something they did that we don't know about triggered the gunshot," said Det. Brian Raynsford with the Fort Worth Police Department.
Police described the first suspect as a black male who is 5 feet 6 inches tall and about 140 pounds, with a medium complexion. He was wearing a ski cap and white bandana to cover his face.
The second suspect is described as a black male who is about 6 feet tall and 150 pounds. He has a skinny build, darker complexion and slanted eyes. He was wearing a red basketball shorts, a ski cap and bandana.
They were driving an older model sedan with tinted windows. It may have been a Toyota Corolla, Honda Accord or Nissan Maxima.
