Man hit by car while running from DeSoto police
DALLAS - Police in the DeSoto say a man they chased late Sunday night was killed.
Officers tried to pull him over after getting a call about shots that were fired. They chased him and he ended up wrecking out on Interstate 20 near Hampton Road.
The man then tried to run across the freeway, but was hit by a passing car.
Dallas police will investigate the death since it happened in Dallas.
The suspect’s name has not yet been released.
