Lawyer Brian Loncar remembered during Dallas memorial
Friends and family remembered prominent North Texas lawyer Brian Loncar during a memorial visitation in Dallas on Thursday.
The attorney was known locally as the "Strong Arm" -- a persona he adopted in his widely seen commercials.
Loncar was found dead on Sunday, just two days after the funeral service for his daughter who committed suicide after a long battle with depression.
A memorial foundation has now been set up in Loncar and his daughter's honor and is aimed at helping families who are struggling with teenage depression.
“To be a part of his foundation is giving back to Brian and it’s giving back to grace and it’s giving back to sue and this family who are suffering so with their loss. But it’s our opportunity to say thank you Bryan, now your death and grace your death is going to make a difference to so many people,” said friend Terry Bentley Hill.
Loncar’s cause of death is still pending. His funeral is tomorrow.
