Jury seated in Arlington hit-and-run trial

A jury has just been seated in the trial of an Arlington man accused of hitting and seriously injuring a 73-year-old man before leaving the scene.

Omar Mohammed is charged with accident involving serious bodily injury for allegedly hitting Terry Pinkston in February of last year.

Mohammed was arrested a few days later as he sat on a plane bound for Jordan.

He's been out of jail since the arrest, but wears an ankle monitor and had his passport revoked.

Once the jury was seated, the trial quickly went into opening statements.
