J Macklin's Grill Bourbon Glazed Pork Chop

Chef Scott Hoffner from J. Macklin's Grill in Coppell makes pork chops with a bourbon glaze.


1 cup- brown sugar

1/2 cup- grain mustard

1/2 cup- dijon mustard

1 tbsp- honey

3 oz.- bourbon of choice

salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp- Worcestershire sauce

8-10 oz.- bone-in pork chop or boneless if preferred.

Putting it Together

In a bowl, mix together the mustard, brown sugar, honey, and bourbon. Rub the pork chop with Worcestershire and seasoning, then brush with half the glaze.

Place the chop in a pan over medium/high heat.. Pan sear until the chop is cooked through. Using a clean brush, slather with the remaining glaze as desired before serving.
