An early morning shooting left one man injured on Thursday in Old East Dallas.
Police say that officers responded to a shooting at the 3100 block of Ross Avenue near Central Expressway at about 2:20 a.m. When they arrived, they met with a man who said that he had been involved in an argument with another individual at a nearby bar. The suspect pursued the victim and brandished a gun.
As the victim drove away, the suspect opened fire and one of the bullets grazed the victim in the face. He was transported to Baylor University Medical Center in stable condition.
Police found six shell casings at the scene. They do not know the identity of the suspect.
