Man arrested for fleeing hit and run crash that killed four

Dallas - Police arrested a man who allegedly ran away from an accident scene where four people were killed.

The crash happened around 9:40 Saturday night near Webb Chapel Road and Park Lane in Northwest Dallas.

The man, identified as 19-year-old Jose Lule, was driving a speeding pickup that slammed into a vehicle, said Dallas police officer, Monica Cordova.

All four people in that car died. The victims were all Latin females ages 38, 42, 55, and 65, Cordova said.

The man in the pickup ran away but was caught a short time later near Marsh and Park Lanes, about a half-mile from the crash site.

Lule has been arrested and charged with four counts of accident involving death and is being held on a $40,000 bond.
