Fort Worth man indicted for kidnapping ex-girlfriend

The ex-boyfriend of a missing Fort Worth woman was indicted Thursday on a charge of aggravated kidnapping.

Christopher Revill is accused of kidnapping 25-year-old Typhenie Johnson with the intent to kill her. She was last seen in October at an apartment complex in far east Fort Worth.

Johnson’s twin brother, Asher, told FOX 4 that he and other friends were inside the apartment on the night she disappeared.  They saw the ex-couple talking outside in the parking lot.

“It had kind of escalated from a regular conversation and making Chris leave here because he was gathering up his stuff,” he recalled. “Chris had come back up, and I asked him where my sister went. And he said she jumped into another car.”

But Asher was immediately suspicious. He went to check on his sister and found one of her socks and her cellphone in the parking lot. Her keys were on top of her car.

Police also found women’s clothing at Revill’s mother’s house.

“We have substantial information basically on the initial crime scene of the apartment complex that would lead us and the detectives to believe that he was the last person around her at the time of her disappearance,” Fort Worth Police Officer Jimmy Pollozani said.

Johnson’s body has never been found.
